The mountains have been
our teacher for generations.
We are Pasang Temba Sherpa and a small group of local guides who have spent our lives on these trails. We would like to share them with you.

“The mountains are not just our workplace. They are our identity, our history, and our responsibility.”
High in the mountains of Solukhumbu, where the trails are shaped by footsteps of generations, our story begins. We are a group of Sherpa — young and old, climbers, guides, and lifelong mountain people.
For decades we have walked these paths, led expeditions, carried dreams to the summits, and welcomed travelers from around the world into our home. When you trek with us, you are not hiring a service. You are connecting with people who know these mountains best.
Community advocate since 2010
Pasang has dedicated decades not only to guiding but to supporting the communities these mountains belong to.
What they carry home.
“I have trekked on four continents. Nothing prepared me for Kala Patthar at dawn. Tenzin didn't just guide us — he translated the mountain. He knew every story, every peak name in three languages, every villager by name. When I was struggling at 5,000m, he simply walked beside me in silence until I found my breath again. That's not a service. That's a relationship.”
“I was nervous about doing this without an agency, then worried about doing it with the wrong one. A friend recommended Nepali Trekking. Our guide met us at the airport with a handwritten sign and a genuine smile. Eighteen days later, standing on Thorong La at 5,416m, I understood what "local knowledge" actually means. He knew where every piece of trail could be treacherous. He knew which teahouse had the best dal bhat. He knew when I needed to stop before I did.”
“I chose Langtang specifically because I wanted something real, not a tourist conveyor belt. Nima made it extraordinary. He took us to his family's rebuilt home, introduced us to his mother, showed us the memorial stones. It was deeply moving. The trek itself is spectacular — completely underrated. But Nima's presence transformed it into something I still dream about six months later.”
